First off thanks to everyone who came out to the show on the 12th with GIGAN,END UNSEEN, and ARES . It was great to see so many people out there again. We have posted a video of the first three songs on this site in no other then the video section.(check it out here) We will now be working on the "Fuck Ritual " demo the next two months so well keep you updated. Also in May we will have a limited addition "Fuck Ritual" t shirt for sale on this site with the amazing album artwork of Marc Cooper. In other news GENERICHRIST is featured on the new Vitruvian Records Compilation Florida's Brutal Backhand cd. We just got a few copies and they look killer so contact us and will get you a copy. GENERICHRIST will be playing April 12th with Index Entertainment artists and Tampa's very own GIGAN at the Pegasus Lounge. This will be the first Tampa show ever for GIGAN and we are excited to be part of this event. Also playing this show will be END UNSEEN and ARES. Hope to see everyone out for the second cumming of GENERICHRIST to Tampa!!
GENERICHRIST will play their first show February 15th at the Pegasus Lounge in Tampa,Florida with CONTORTED,ALTAR OF FLESH,INIQUITOUS DISFIGUREMENT,and FATAL. The show is all ages and doors open at 8:30.GENERICHRIST will also have the new t shirts available at the show. These T shirts can also be found in our web store. In other GENERICHRIST news the band will also be featured on the Vitruvian Records compilation that will be out soon. GENERICHRIST Is the bastard child of the past bands and experiences the members have endured. After the demise of UKNOWN CURE which has been together from 2001 to 2007. Tony Anderson (LUSTMORE, UKNOWN CURE), Guy Loucks (454, UNKNOWN CURE) and newly acquired member Dave Conte (UNKNOWN CURE, CIRCLE THE DRAIN) vowed to press on. With a name change and newly acquired Guitarist Wayne Clark (ANIMISTIC EVIL, TRIAL BY STONE) the band was in motion under the name BLOODHOUSE which was sort lived due to the band focus and blending styles. Now GENERICHRIST is the chosen title for this evolution of Metal. William Beck (UKNOWN CURE) has move back from Australia and rejoined the movement in October. The Band has no limitations and focuses on the violence and hatred of today's shallow humanity.
